Company seals and embossers in Zimbabwe
A Trodat embossing seal presses a raised impression into paper, with no ink. Companies use it on share certificates and contracts; schools and institutions use it on certificates and official letters. Our seals cost $100 and take 1–2 working days.

What goes on a company seal
Most seals carry the registered company name around the top edge, the word "SEAL" or your logo in the centre, and the town or registration year around the bottom. The name must match your certificate of incorporation exactly.
Documents we need for a company seal
- A letter of authority on company letterhead, signed by a director, stating the exact wording.
- Your certificate of incorporation, or equivalent registration.
- ID for the person ordering and the person collecting.
