Office supplies you can trust with your signature.
Genuine original Trodat stamps and seals, made only after required authorisation and design review. Collect in Harare or arrange delivery within Zimbabwe.
See your stamp before we make it
Pick a Trodat model, type your wording and add your logo. The preview updates as you type. Submit your design with your signed letter of authority: we review it first, then you pay securely, and only then is it made.
Four steps, usually same day
Design and order
Build your stamp in the studio, add it to your cart and submit it with your signed letter of authority.
Send your authority
A letter of authority on letterhead, signed by an authorised officer, plus ID for whoever orders and collects.
Approval, then payment
We verify your design and documents. Once approved, you pay securely from your private order page. Nothing is made before payment is confirmed.
Collect or ship
Ready the same afternoon when cleared by 12:00. Outside Harare we ship by FedEx.
The Trodat range we stock
Every stamp is a genuine Trodat body with a fitted Trodat pad and laser-cut rubber. Choose a model to open it in the studio.
Start from a layout
Each layout opens in the studio so you can change the wording.
Built for procurement
Send one list for every department. We reply the same working day with a pro-forma invoice. One letter of authority can cover all the stamps in a bulk order.
Harare by us, nationwide by FedEx
Outside Harare we ship with FedEx. The delivery fee is paid with your order, before we book the shipment. Stamps and seals are released only to the person named in the letter of authority, on showing ID.
- Wait for approval. We verify your documents and design, then show your total on your private order page.
- Pay the exact total with Paynow, or in USD from your EcoCash USD wallet to +263 77 2 286 187, using your order number as the reference.
- We verify settlement. Production starts only once the payment is verified as settled. A screenshot or SMS alone is not enough.
Before you order
Why do you need a letter of authority?
A stamp or seal carries an organisation's authority. To stop them being made for fraud, we only make one when the organisation itself asks for it in writing: on its letterhead, signed by a director or authorised officer, naming the person placing the order and the wording required.
What else do I need to bring?
ID for the person ordering and collecting. Company stamps and seals showing registration, BP or VAT numbers need the matching registration documents. Commissioner of Oaths stamps need your appointment letter. Legal practitioners need a current practising certificate.
How fast will my stamp be ready?
Once your documents are verified and your proof approved before 12:00 on a weekday, Printy and Professional stamps are ready the same afternoon. Seals take one to two working days.
Can I add my logo or signature?
Yes. Upload your logo in the stamp studio to see it on the preview; it is submitted with your design. Signature stamps need a separate signed request from the person whose signature it is.
Do you deliver outside Harare?
Yes, by FedEx to Bulawayo, Mutare, Gweru, Masvingo and other towns. Pay the FedEx fee together with your order. We book the shipment once payment clears and send you the tracking number.
Which stamp brand do you use?
Trodat only. Printy models are plastic self-inkers for everyday desks. The Professional 5460 has a metal frame for heavy daily use. The Classic 2910 is a compact date stamp used with a separate ink pad, and the Trodat Seal embosses paper without ink.
My stamp is fading. Do I need a new one?
Usually not. Genuine Trodat replacement pads are matched to the model, so a 4913 takes a 6/4913 pad. Bring the model number or the stamp and we fit it.
Are your stamps genuine Trodat products?
We supply original Trodat stamp models only. Model availability and specifications are confirmed before production.
How do I pay with EcoCash?
After your design is approved your total appears on your private order page. Send exactly that from your EcoCash USD wallet to +263 77 2 286 187 using your order number as the reference. Production starts once we have verified the payment. We only ever use this one number.
Can I collect in person?
Yes, from 216 Herbert Chitepo Avenue, Harare, Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00. We are closed on Saturdays for the Sabbath. Bring ID and your order number.

3Stamps and seals: letter of authority
We make a stamp or seal only for the organisation or person it represents. Before production we require:
- A letter of authority on the organisation's official letterhead, signed by a director, partner, head of institution or other authorised officer, that names the person placing the order and states the exact wording of the stamp or seal.
- A copy of the national ID or passport of the person placing the order and of anyone collecting it.
- For company stamps and seals: the certificate of incorporation or equivalent registration, and the ZIMRA registration where a BP or VAT number appears.
- For Commissioner of Oaths stamps: the appointment letter. For legal practitioners: a current practising certificate.
- For signature stamps: a separate signed request from the person whose signature is reproduced.
We do not make stamps or seals for government departments, courts, banks, police or other institutions without written authority from that institution. We keep copies of all documents and an impression of every stamp and seal we produce.
4Fraud prevention and reporting
- We may refuse or cancel any order, including after payment, if documents are missing, inconsistent or appear altered, or if the order appears intended for forgery, impersonation or any other unlawful purpose.
- Suspicious orders and transactions are reported to the Zimbabwe Republic Police and other relevant authorities, together with the documents and details provided.
- We co-operate fully with lawful requests from law enforcement.
- Where we cancel an order, we refund payment unless the law requires us to hold it.
5Proofs and production
- We send a proof of every stamp and seal. You must check spelling, numbers and layout before approving it.
- We are not responsible for errors in a proof you have approved.
- Production starts only after documents are verified, the proof is approved and payment is received.
6Payment
- Stamps and seals are paid in full before production. IT products are paid in full before delivery or collection.
- EcoCash USD payments are made to +263 77 2 286 187, only after we confirm your order total. Use your order number as the reference and send us the confirmation SMS. An order is treated as paid once the funds reflect in our account.
- We will never ask you to pay to any other number. If you are asked to, do not pay and contact us on +263 77 2 286 187.
- Approved institutions may buy on an official purchase order, on terms agreed in writing.
7Delivery and collection

- Unopened IT products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened software licences cannot be returned.

- Trodat stamps carry Trodat's warranty on the mechanism. Rubber and pads are consumables.
- Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, power surges or unauthorised repairs.
10Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data, business or profit, except where the law does not allow this limit.
11Your information
We use the personal information and documents you give us to process your order, verify authority, provide warranty support and meet our legal obligations, in line with the Cyber and Data Protection Act [Chapter 12:07]. We share them only with couriers, manufacturers for warranty claims, and authorities as described in clause 4.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, and the courts of Zimbabwe have jurisdiction over any dispute.
